Too much on the mind: With a lot on your mind it's no wonder your head weighs so much. Cramming everything into it certainly confuses things. Unload some of that weight by putting it into words, either on paper or as was done in asking the question, on the computer. Keep asking questions and writing them down until clarity begins to emerge from the "i can't think right" brain making it "i can think right brain". Go!

Headache : Sounds a bit like migraine. They aren't always that painful, but it is common to have impaired concentration and focus. Your doctor can help you sort out what is going on here, and decide if there is anything worrisome for a more serious process.

i hit my head while having a seizure earlier..i'm in severe pain in eyes, in my neck, i cant think, i'm burning n throbbing behind my eyes abs neck.. what so i dip?

Doesn't sound good: People with new onset severe pain and the inability to think... are generally checked out in an ER. Of course, a person in such shape is in no condition to safely drive, so that means calling 911 or the local emergency services number for help getting to the local ER. The ER will look for the cause of the pain and other symptoms. New seizures (not a known epileptic person) may need evaluation.

Get checked!: There are many possible causes for your symptoms. To sort this out, see your GP to make sure you have no medical problems. Sometimes, relatively minor problems, that are easily corrected, may be the cause and treatment leads to rapid improvement: like thyroid hormone deficiency or anemia.  In the meantime, no alcohol, drugs, or any over the counter supplements or meds until you get checked over.

Pressure?: I suggest having this medically evaluated.  You could start with your family physician, understanding that others may need to be involved also.

New headache or old?: One issue about headaches- if they are new, they deserve to be evaluated.  If they are old, they may be a common kind of headache.

Evaluation should include and interview and physical exam.  Often if it is a good idea to consider imaging, such as MRI.

The sense of moving fluid is not normally a bad sign, but weakness may be important.

ER: Headache with weakness in arms and legs warrants a visit to the ER.  Good that your heart tests are normal but headache neurological symptoms need to be worked up with more than heart tests.

Orthostasis: Check orthostatic BP and pulse. Use elastic support hose............If there is no local pathology in the ear...

Sinusitis: Hi, Sinusitis can cause both lightheadedness and vertigo, the piping sound on ur jaw could be 2/2 TM joint syndrome, you need evaluation by an ENT doctor for both or you can see your dentist for TM joint and PMD for ur sinus pressure,

Not sure!: Very concerning!  you need evaluation. Possibly migraine or depending on age (temporal arteritis).
