Get checked!: There are many possible causes for your symptoms. To sort this out, see your GP to make sure you have no medical problems. Sometimes, relatively minor problems, that are easily corrected, may be the cause and treatment leads to rapid improvement: like thyroid hormone deficiency or anemia. In the meantime, no alcohol, drugs, or any over the counter supplements or meds until you get checked over.

Mood swin: The psychological changes you are describing require immediate attention. You should be seen by a professional; such as a neurologist or a psychiatrist. An alternative, you should go to an emergency room and explain the psychological changes you are experiencing. I'm not sure what you have, or for how long. You will require an MRI of your brain, I neurocognitive function test, and others. I do not think this is a functional issue, therefore, a specialist should take care of you
