Yes: Anaerobic metabolism causes lactic acid which can definitely cause muscle pain and burning.  Of course, one can also have an injury and have pain; so if it does not resolve, consider being seen.

Working out is good: I'm going to assume that your physician is good with your exercising and you do not have angina symptoms. The more you work out and the more you are involved with the fitness culture, the more your brain will tell you how to eat more wisely. May be: We do not know the quality of these over counter protein supplements , they are not under fda control, so overuse or abuse may have side effects. Best is to be seen by your doctor , or you can stop it for a while and see how you feel?

i have started feeling some heat sensation in my left palm.i do heavy workout. what is the cause?

Several ideas: I wonder if the median nerve in your wrist is being irritated by your work out. Extension of the wrist can put undue stress on the nerve. Too much weight on the palm also irritate the nerve causing a sensation of heat in the palm. Try adjusting your work out so there is not too much stress on the palm or wrist. How can we help?: I am not sure what your question is.  You were diagnosed with tennis elbow and what was recommended?  I would begin with a tennis elbow brace to reduce the tension, stretches and gradual strengthening focusing on repetition and low resistance.  Physical therapy can be helpful. X-ray are usually normal.  Would only consider MRI if you are not responding to treatment.

Hemorrhoids: Weight lifting is associated with hemorrhoids (piles) both internal and external due to increase in abdominal pressure as u life. The pressure in the rectal veins increases and they dilate and bleed. I've seen people get VERY anemic w/ this. You need to see a GI or colorectal doc ASAP.

Irregular bleeding: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.
