Skin necroses and is painlessly excised about 7 - 10 days later. Very inexpensive ; millions of men will probably undergo prepex circumcision in future. Need for confirmatory trial in usa to be officially approved for use.

Hiopefully: It is a very inexpensive and efficient method to perform circumcision without deed for anesthesia other than some anesthetic cream. Can be performed in about 5 minutes as an office procedure.

Some women may not get enough, especially if they don't eat foods like meat or leafy greens.  Generalizing that "americans" are getting too much iron really isn't possible, at this point.
