Probably fractured: It may be fractured. Do you have a hard shoe you can wear? Also, a buddy splint (taping the baby toe to the toe next to it) might alleviate the pain and help keep it immobilized.

i got my baby toe on a wall and i was running there was blood & it is really sore in the joint i can walk on it but it is swallen. what might be wrong?

See your physician: Generally the injury you describe is compatible with a sprain or possibly a fracture of the toe. A fracture of just the toe is often treated with ice, elevation and Tylenol (acetaminophen). Buddy taping the toe to the next toe may help. If the fracture involves the metatarsal bone may need a cast.
Unable to give specific advice without examining the toe. An x-ray will tell if there is a fracture.

my fifth toe is swollen & red & i cant bend it down or walk on it cause of an injury but x ray doesn't show fracture so what's the problem ?

Toe pain: Toe pain can be the result of overuse with tendinitis, stress fracture, bunions or metabolic issues. It could also be an infection.  Please further inquire with the physician where you had xrays completed on what to do next.

Maybe a second look.: I would think that ten days is enough time to allow you to walk with some mild to moderate pain. Since you are seeing new bruising something else should be considered. While enjoying the toe fracture, did you fracture something else that is now affecting you recovery. You need to get the foot x-rayed and check for other fractures. Nsaids should take the edge off and perhaps an accommodating shoe.

Did u bang your : Whole foot? Are you walking differently due to the toe fracture that could of caused shoe rubbing or something of the sort? How was the fifth toe treated? Was the toe wrapped? Or the forefoot?

Maybe a wart: There are several things that this could be. If it is painful when you squeeze it and press on it, it may be a wart.  It sould also be a fatty growth called a lipoma.
Either way it shoul be looked at by a professional.

Possible fracture: You have a contusion, or deep bruise, which is common with this type of injury.  However, fractures can be common and subtle on the fifth metatarsal bone, which is the bone on that side of your foot.  You can help to immobilize with a flat hard-sole shoe, keep weight off of it until you can obtain an x-ray

i have a swollen lump on the side of my right knee. it's clearly visible, and there is a hard bump inside the swollen softer part. not injured knee in any way but have dislocated baby toe on same foot twice in last month, so could be overuse of knee?

OVERUSE VS CYST?: Sounds like you are active. Seeing a picture would be helpful It could be inflammatory response. Might be helpful to have imaging of the knee given the hard bump to see if it includes the actual joint or if it is cyst.
See if it responds to ice packs and rest.

Skin split: You may have a fissure and can be quite painful. If you are diabetic you need to see your podiatrist asap otherwise try some neosporin and bandaid but should see your local podiatrist anyway. You could get an infection.

Possible contusion : It could be a contusion or bruise to the toe caused by crawling.   However, if it is not a contusion seek medical care
