Menopause: I am presuming your ovaries were left behind. If so, you could be entering the menopause. A little early, but, it can happen see your gyn and they should be able to determine that by checking your hormone levels.

Uncertain meaning: I've occasionally met women who continue to experience hot flashes after a surgical or natural menopause.  Lack of estrogen from the ovaries triggers hormones in the pituitary gland.  It's these hormone surges that cause hot flashes.  Measurement of these hormones can confirm the cause of your hot flashes.  If the benefits of estrogen outweigh the risks, your doctor might Rx hormone replacement.

Many possibilities: Medications, rosacea, and several diseases can cause flushing. Being this far out from going into menopause, hormones become less likely to be involved. See your doctor for further evaluation to determine the cause.

HRT: I know you've read horrible things about hormone replacement therapy - but you've endured this for 4 years, and you've probably tried all the herbal nonsense without success. Your gynecologist can prescribe a hormone replacement regimen that will lessen your symptoms considerably with minimum risk.

Depends: You  need  to  consult with your  md.  Taking  any  kind  of hormone  replacement  depends on  you  general  health ,  other  medical  conditions  and  reason  for  the hysterectomy.  It would  be  very common for  a 37 year old to  have these  symptoms after  having her ovaries  removed.  If  you are a good candidate  the  patch  may work well for you.

Perimenopause?: Several possible causes, but at age 44 impending menopause would be near the top of the list. You need evaluation, a minimim of some focused blood testing, to say for sure. The hpv isn't a factor.

Malaise, hot flashes: Please request a full workup of your thyroid, and not just the TSH.   A full thyroid panel including antibodies to the thyroid, and Reverse T3 (liothyronine).  You did not reveal the rest of the test you had done, but you should have all 3 estrogens checked, progesterone and other hormones.  Request to see an endocrine md or a Functional Medicine doctor to help figure out what is happening with your hormones.

Hot flashes and boil: Hot flashes , talk to your dr .May need a supplement. Boils check if you are diabetic.

i am a 41 year old woman. i had a full hysterectomy in my early 30's. i have been able to stay of hrt but lately my moods, hot flashes etc. are out of controll. do i need to consider hrt?

Yes: Assuming your ovaries were removed at the time of the hysterectomy, i would encourage you to try estrogen replacement  therapy.  You are too young to be without estrogen. No estrogen can  cause bone and vaginal problems in addition to the symptoms you describe.
