It depends...: What is the cause and suspected diagnosis for the pain? It it is fibromyalgia or chronic widespread pain, which are not clearly understood, so treatment is directed at relieving symptoms, mood, pain and function rather than attacking the causes; but studies have shown that succesful treatment of pain generators such as an arthritic joint or muscle trigger points, can diminish the pain.

Palsy: As understand it you have face falling, but occurs on either side. This would be inconsistent with Bells Palsy. Recurrent neurological weakness could be sign of ischemic problem or perhaps a weakness like multiple sclerosis. It would be a good idea to see a neurologist.

i received my 2nd dose of the moderna vaccine 2 days ago. yesterday, i experienced extremely severe side effects (whole body pain, could not move all day). today, most have subsided but i now have a raspy, hoarse voice. is that cause for concern?

: It sounds like you had more pronounced vaccine side effects than most people do, but it isn't serious. Contact your personal physician if not entirely back to normal after another 2-3 days.

Possibly: Purchase and perform the home pregnancy test.  They become positive at about the same time you are a week late.  If it's negative, repeat it in one week ANS see your doctor.

Although chronic : stress and anxiety over an extended period can cause all kinds of physical disorders, it is always advisable 2 have the physical symptoms checked out by a physician before assuming that it's all due 2 stress. However, if U know U R stressed and having tests done with your Doctor, why not start working with a clinical psychologist and learn ways 2 reduce stress and anxiety ASAP?
