Stress, depression: Or  medical problems. U need to see your PCP for evaluation and work up.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

my whole body feels itchy, sore and tingly. i used to be a celiac but it may have came back. how long does it take for wheat to escape my system?

Celiac: Celiac does not "come and go." you either have it or you don't. It is an autoimmune disease, not a food allergy. It is an intolerance to "gluten" and not specifically all wheat products since not all wheat contains gluten. Elimination is variable but that should not have anything to do with your complaints. Maybe you are too focused on one condition to look for something else.

what should i do if my whole body is sore?

Determine Cause: It's a hard question to answer. It is possible that one thing is causing all of yur pain or each pain is due to different causes. There are med. And street drugs that can cause body pain. There are a few infections that can. You may be able to treat the pains with tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen/naprosyn, but if the pains continue, you should be evaluated by your doc.

It depends: If there is no  obvious health problem make sure you have no thyroid problem or sleep apnea also make sure you have no rheumatology problem.

Very broad: Ryan, I perform emergency surgery routinely for patients, and the recovery time varies GREATLY from one patient to the next.  It depends upon the procedure you had, your age, and other conditions.  It often takes at least 4 weeks for soreness, etc., to go away even if you have no postoperative issues--but, again, it can vary greatly.  Make sure to see your surgeon post op.

Rest: Rest or just do light exercise like walking or stretching. You need to recover some.

Thoughts: If you are not ill or feverish, chronic total body pain could be fibromyalgia, polymyalgia rheumatica, small fiber neuropathy, and variety of arthritic or muscular disorder. Maybe schedule Concierge appt?

This seems like the start of an infection, most likely viral.  
I recommend resting and drinking plenty of water.
If you don't improve in about a few days, please see a local doctor.
