It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. It depends on what you use. avoid rough large objects and use plenty of lubrication . You can also switch to clitoral stimulation. For a few days, if you still feel sore try a warm bath after it. I think you will be O.K.
