It depends: If there is no obvious health problem make sure you have no thyroid problem or sleep apnea also make sure you have no rheumatology problem.

Myalgias: Not getting good quality sleep can be secondary to a number of things from poor hydration, to stress to restless leg syndrome. Improving nutrition is the best course of action with meditation prior to bedtime. If you develop other symptoms, such as fever, weight loss, or focal pain, a physician's evaluation is warranted.
