Needs to be cultured: We can not say what it can be without examination prier to be popped by you, but if there is still some fluid there it can be cultured for herpes and other bacterial infections
so go and see your doctor to find out what it could be.Unlikely to be herpes but bacterial infection a possibility.

It happens: The location  gives rise to a few concerns. It could be  a simple superficial abscess related to an inflamed hair root.It could also be  a more serious problem related to a fistula (tract) connected deep inside and originating from the colon.I would have the kid evaluated.

Dry skin: It is due to the strong acne medicine. If you have not stopped then you need to consider stopping if the dry lips is too much. Make sure you are not taking any additional vitamin a and keep utilizing the vaseline petroleum jelly around the clock. Talk to your dermatologist.

Basics: Warm heat as a compress or heating pad may bring a small abscess to a point where it can drain/heal. If it persists and or worsens over time it may need to be opened/drained in the office. Rarely  they are a peri-rectal abscess from a fistula inside &amp; must be surgically explored/removed.

2 different problems: Acne scars can be improved by dermatologist. Dry, cracked heels need moisturizing cream or lotion applied often. If there is redness or peeling between toes, need to treat athlete's foot with cream like lamisil (terbinafine). Watch for signs of infection: redness, swelling, pain, pus (especially if diabetic or poor circulation). Podiatrist can also recommend treatments.

Angular cheilitis: Multifactorial disorder of infectious origin. The sores are often infected with fungi (yeasts), or sometimes bacteria, or both. Several nutritional deficiency states of vitamins or minerals have been linked to AC. It is thought that in about 25% of people with AC, iron deficiency or deficiency of B vitamins are involved. Keep a good oral hygiene, try to eat healthier and take a good multi-vitamin.

Acne : Acne around the mouth in a 21 year old (female?) is quite common.  Typically, topical therapy is only partially effective.  I would recommend that you use a benzoyl peroxide cleanser and gel (like panoxyl which is otc) and also see a dermatologist who can possibly prescribe an oral antibiotic.  Some patients can improve with birth control pills as well.  If your acne is cystic in nature, there is a risk of scarring so i would recommend you get evaluated to reduce the chances of this. See your doctor: It may be best to first start with your pcp, and discuss the concerns you have. So that you have a starting point. Then s/he can also do a hormone panel assessment to see how you're doing to ck your Progesterone and estrogen levels. The severe hip pain needs to be assessed further too. So that may be related, in that hormones have a protective effect on bone, heart, and brain. But it may also be that it is completely separate, and unrelated to your hormones. So this is why you need to speak to your doctor.
