Epidermal cyst: A likely cause of the problem is something called a sebaceous cyst or epidermal inclusion cyst.  It contains material called sebum which is the waterproofing of the skin.  A surgeon may need to remove the cyst to avoid future infections.

But to avoid constipation which  can cause hemorrhoids would drink plenty of fluids  2-3 liters per day more if exercising and very hot / humid,  Drink half water half Gatorade so you do not dilute the sodium in your body Eat high fiber foods, greens, avocados, strawberries, blueberries, lentils, oats. Yes.: High meat diets are high in fat.  High protein diets, and high fat diets (and you can be doing both) increase your risk of cancer, high animal protein diets even more than vegetable protein diets.  The craze for high protein low carb diets, was found in a study to lead to the appearance of heart disease 10 years sooner.  Back off.  Eat more veggies and fruits and good carbs.

Not sure what u mean: Do you mean from a nutritional standpoint? There are many differences in the two in nutrition (and there are many types of mushrooms). Mushrooms generally are very low in calories, but that also depends on how they are prepared. They also have much less protein than meat. They are commonly used as a meat "replacement" in vegetarian dishes more for their texture and flavor similarities to meat.
