Pitiriasis alba: If pitiriasis alba which often leaves white flat spots on the face, you can try 1% hydrocortisone cream twice daily for a week and use sunscreen on your face for a more even complexion. Cause is unknown. If this doesn't help, see the dermatologist to look for fungal infection or eczema

i have rosacea on face. all over my cheeks, & its been there forever. i have eczema too and it gets worse in winter. noticed random white spots on face around rosacea. not painful. flat, size of bead. sort of itchy. idk if its that or smth else?

Eczema: Your son seems to have an infantile atopic dermatitis (eczema) which is often responding well to low-potency steroid cream and antihistamine for itching.  Have him checked.

spots in my hair i keep scratching & end up picking out dandruff stuck to skull. both sides of top head and middle of front. middle front part now has less hair but not sides of top. coz of balding or scratching?! (also have bald patch right by chin)

See your doctor: The white spots your daughter  having on her face may be due to dandruff or any other fungal infection ,or hypo pigmentation .Children usually have white spots now and then - they disappear on their own.Better consult your doctor  for the diagnosis and treatment

Bleaching Cream: Hydroquinone helps to lighten your skin. It is used once or twice a day. You can use 4% or have it compounded at 8%. Stop using when the desired color is reached.
