Pitiriasis alba: If pitiriasis alba which often leaves white flat spots on the face, you can try 1% hydrocortisone cream twice daily for a week and use sunscreen on your face for a more even complexion. White spots: These may be vitiligo spots or a type of fungal infection called tinea versicolor. Need to have your physician take a look at it as there are different treatments for these conditions.
