Likely Milia: Without seeing you, it's difficult to say what your little white spots are under the eyelids and face.  Commonly, small 1-2mm white bumps are usually milia, which are small cysts under the skin.  Other while bumps include xanthelasma and syringomas.  I would recommend that you see a dermatologist who will be able to evaluate these areas and treat them.

Lid bumps: See an eye doctor and have the bumps removed.  Itching is often related to allergic reaction so try artificial tears, cool compresses, allergy meds.

Red eye: Please consult with me if you can: need to know if you are light sensitive, pain with eye movement which are signs of more significant, potentially blinding issue.

Likely no problem: If the eye doc has done an evaluation, that is a good start. You should ask the eye doc that question about what the white spots are or if they are a problem. 
They are likely  floaters which are not usually a problem for vision but can be annoying if we focus on them. If the problem worsens, go back to the eye doc.

Ophthalmologist: Anytime there is a change in visual acuity such as blurring or spots (deficits), an ophthalmologist needs to be seen as soon as possible to treat any reversible conditions.

Monitor yearly: The brown spot is likely just an iris freckle. No worries there. The mole in the back is a choroidal nevus... A slow growing pigmented growth that has a small chance of becoming malignant. It should be watched. If it is growing, your ophthalmologist may want to perform an ultrasound to measure its size.

Tear duct: You MUST see an Eye specialist!.
I have been seeing eye doctors since age 6 (now age 72)  and you will have no problem when the doctor prescribes your eye medicine and possibly eye glasses.

i got up today to let my dog out and feed him, i was standing up for atleast 2-3minutes before white spots slowly started to cover my eye sight until all i could see was white spots. my hearing became muffled, and i felt extremely dizzy.

Can give Dr. a call: If she does not send enough blood flow to her brain, she "grays-out" and faints... and falls down, making her flat on the ground, which lets blood evenly spread around her body again, and makes her wake up as more blood gets to her head. When graying-out begins, she can quickly sit or lie on the ground to get more blood to her head, and prevent fainting. Her Dr. can check to see if all is normal.
