is this athlete's foot? a while ago my pinky toe began to hurt really badly, i look and i see that there is a rash in between my pinky toe along with white spots(?), liquid comes out too, it hurts alot when scratched or rubbed often against other toe?

This may be circulat: This  may be normal and related to her  normal physiology of how her  blood flow goes to the feet. Sometimes  we see  little fat pads  that can do this. Your  physician can help clarify this

Circulation disorder: It could be a condition we call hemosideran deposits. These can be the result of chronic venous insuffiriency. The red blood calls can leak out of the veins and get into the layers of the skin. Almost all is re-absorbed by the body, but the pigment remains behind - kind of like a tattoo. This is a very oversimplified answer.  See a podiatrist or vascular surgeon for more details.
