Is this athlete's foot? a while ago my pinky toe began to hurt really badly, i look and i see that there is a rash in between my pinky toe along with white spots(?), liquid comes out too, it hurts alot when scratched or rubbed often against other toe?

It is possible that this could be athletes foot, however it is possible this may be an infection or a form of dermatitis. It would be best to have it evaluated by a podiatrist.
