Not uncommon : This can happen when the lightening gel hits your gums.  It will be sore for a day or two.  Be careful when applying the gel, make sure you wipe off the excess gel to prevent this for happening in the future.

Maybe: It should go away in a short period of time... If it does not go away, stop using the mouth rinse... If it still does not go away, i would suggest seeing a dentist.

Decalcification ?: It's possible, but you'll need to visit a local dentist to find out for sure. The teeth may need restorations.

Several options: 1.  It could be flourosis from too much flouride accumulating in that area of the tooth while it was developting.
2.  It could be from decalcification, a breakdown of the enamel from acids, or excessive plaque.
Location is a key factor.  If it is at the gumline on your back teeth, watch the carbonated beverages, or acid indigestion.
If it is the front teeth it is probably floruosis or poor hygiene.

Oral Lesion: Your post is a bit confusing. A white patch (ulcer) is different than a swelling with pus (infection). If it's pus (white fluid exuding from a fistula) then you need dental treatment. Either way, see a local dentist for a proper diagnosis and care.

Discoloration: May be due to damage from compromised oral hygiene.  Discuss this with your treating Dentist or Specialist Orthodontist.  There are numerous helpful treatment modalities.  Your a General Dentist should be able to help.

White patch: There are several possibilities:
1. Leukoplakia, which may be caused by irritation to the tongue or smoking/chewing tobacco, and can be a precursor to oral cancer.
2. Thrush, which is a yeast infection
3.  Lichen planus
if this lasts for more than 10 days, see your dentist  for an examination.
