i have a simple liver cyst just had laparoscopic surgery and seen its white, can liver cysts be white is my question. what color are liver cysts????

Seek MD for followup: white/pale stool consistent with lack of bile, and may even see oil slick in toilet bowl if diet of hi oil/fat. Blockage can be intermittent, and assume normal bilirubin and allkaline phos.  Be sure the common bile duct is not dilated (widened), and be sure pancreas (amylase/lipase test) ok. Happy to consult. Pain could also be from a prior operation - need more info

Yellow skin: Jaundice , is a sign of liver problems, get this checked.

Hard to say: Usually they are hemangiomas which are benign but without seeing the picture, i can't say for sure. Check the report and see if they made any recommendations.

Not possible: To say without seeing the images and knowing history/symptoms. The report should describe abnormal findings and provide a presumptive cause for any abnormalities seen.

Liver testing: With the situation of elevation of liver enzymes and white blood cells, this requires a follow up with a physician to rule out an infection.  Further imaging including abdominal ultrasound or ct scan of the abdomen may be warranted as well depending on the physical examination by  the physician.

Why do you ask?: You're already under a physician's care. Depending on how high the liver enzymes are, what white cells are up, by how much, and whether they look normal, and what's found on physical exam, you'll get a workup. This stuff is often medication allergy; you may be checked for viral hepatitis, hemochromatosis, Wilson's, autoimmune disease, or it may just be your liver asking for more aerobic exercise.

It's just you: This test itself is not mainstream. It is experimental. A high value on a B12 is never a clinical concern. Reference ranges at real labs are set so that a few percent of healthy folks fall outside on either end.

Need more info: What is your BMI? Are you diabetic? Are you on any medications? If you are overweight, even if you are on the high side of normal, losing weight will help.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

my lab results show low white blood cell count & liver enzymes over 1000. found out i have enlarged spleen and cholecystitis. what could be the cause?

Liver disease: Cholesystitis doesn't usually cause a low white count, enlarged spleen and severe elevation of liver enzymes. Chronic hepatitis is suggested. It could be viral or autoimmune. A gastroenterologist should be involved in your care, and an abdominal surgeon should be consulted about the inflammation of the gall bladder which may be chronic rather than acute.
