Probable UTI: If the UTI diagnosis was made without microscopic exam or urine culture and sensitivity then it is probably invalid. It sounds very much like a urinary tract infection with the frequency and cloudy urine. If it clops like and neighs like a horse, we generally don't call it a zebra unless we are in Africa. In other words, this is probably a UTI(common horse).

Dysuria: You need to have your urine checked for possible infection.  Those symptoms are suggestive of a UTI or possibly an std or cystitis.  A urine culture and if necessary a vaginal exam with culture can answer the question and get you feeling better.

See your doctor: You may have one of several forms of vaginitis (yeast, bacterial or protozoal).  You could potentially have a urinary tract infection too due to the cloudy urine though pain or frequent urination is a more typical associated symptom.  See your doctor.

Yeast?: Yeast is the most common cause of itching. Yeast creams are available over the counter. If that does not work then you will need to schedule a visit for testing. Skin disorders such as herpes, lichen sclerosis, lichen simplex chronicus and contact dermatitis are other possibilities

Cloudy urine: The urine should be light yellow and some clear. Has odor? You need routine urinalysis to find out why it is cloudy. Your doctor can do dip stick and can tell you about  proteins, ketones, glucose, nitrite, leuk-esterase, bilirubin etc. Please see your doctor. Also drink water daily. Thanks.

Vaginal irritation: Yeast is the most common cause of irritation.  Yeast creams are available over the counter. After menopause vaginal atrophy from hormone deficiency can be a common cause. Estrogen cream or oral Osphena are treatment options. Skin disorders such as herpes, lichen sclerosis, lichen simplex chronicus and contact dermatitis are other possibilities.

The : The best thing for you to do in this situation is to finish the course of antibiotics your doctor prescribed for you. After completion you can determine if there is another issue. In the meantime for your "hard bowels" you can increase the fiber in your diet, drink lots of water, and also try an over the counter stool softener like colace (docusate sodium).
