Not serious: White bumps on the areola are sebaceous glands of montgomery. It is normal for these glands to sometimes become more prominent with age or during or after pregnancy.

Not true : If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy.

Needs looked at: It may be a yeast infection, it may be something else or it may be nothing. Your gyn should look at it.

Possible: If you have been having unprotected sex then you are possibly pregnant although your symptoms alone are pretty non specific.  you should get a home pregnancy test kit and find out for sure.

Montgomery gland: These are normal findings and are sebaceous, or oil glands.  Hair is also normal around the breast.  You should visit your doctor or gynecologist about the irregular periods.

Get it checked out: See your physician for an exam and find out whether you have a plugged duct, milk blister or an abscess along with a case of mastitis. All three can give a pimple-like appearance.

Normal: There are two types of bumps. The areola has many small glands that produce lubricating secretions for the nipple. These glands get larger as we age, and become more obvious. Also there are erectile muscles beneath the skin of the areola that can can make the areola "bunch up" when it is cold or stimulated.

Montgomery Glands?: If it was just one - i would wonder if you had a montgomery gland cyst? With pain of multiple areas - has the skin become too dry or chapped ? If yes, use a lubricant. Has fabric been abraiding the tissue  of your areolas? If so, use a soft bra.

Dermatologic conditions are hard to evaluate without seeing them in person.
and .. local inflammation from a yeast infection, the early stages of a bacterial infection, allergic reaction to something that was only applied there, local irritation from a bra are some ideas.
