Not true : If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.

Not necessarily: Changes to the areolae are a common sign of pregnancy, but white bumps can be sebaceous cysts, milk blisters, blocked duct, and not necessarily a sign of a new pregnancy. In fact, i'd say it is more likely related to your last pregnancy. A pregnancy test might settle it for you.
