Montgomery Glands?: If it was just one - i would wonder if you had a montgomery gland cyst? With pain of multiple areas - has the skin become too dry or chapped ? If yes, use a lubricant. Has fabric been abraiding the tissue of your areolas? If so, use a soft bra.
