Color change: sounds like you have an area around your nipple that has changed color. It may be due to a condition called tinea versicolor which causes lighter spots on your skin; it can be treated sometimes with OTC selsun blue shampoo. However other conditions can cause lightening of the skin (medicines, lotions/creams). If it does not go away in a few weeks you can see your doctor about it.
