Bath: that is perfectly normal after having a hot bath and the capillaries in your face dilate and the redness appears

Vasoconstriction: Exercise cause a release of adrenalin like substances that allow your body to respond to the increase in physical demand needed; among the things that can happen is vasoconstriction of the blood vessels causing the findings you are describing.

Don't know.: It could be dry or possible yeast infection.  Does drinking more water improve it?  Can you wipe it off?  See a doctor for opinion if you are concerned. It's hard to say without seeing it.

NOT USUALLY: Redness in the face, with pallor around the mouth, is normal for some people after exercise. This is the result of increased blood flow to the face in an attempt by the body to cool itself. Usually the body cools itself through sweating, but not everyone has the same number of sweat glands. So, increased flushing may compensate for such reduction. Fyi, it may be exacerbated in rosacea + menopause.

i was prescribed taz for minor white heads around my mouth/chin.  i'm on week 3 and now i have red acne and more white heads. what should i do?

i've had a white discoloration around my mouth my whole life. might be due to breathing through mouth since nose often stuffy? how do i get rid of it!

Stuffy nose: Could be due to allergies or anatomy. Get checked out. If allergy, medical treatment may help. Nasal anatomy can be corrected with surgery. See an ent.

currently using betaderm cream, i have itchy red skin with small white bumps around nose, mouth, & eyes. occurs randomly, what  is this issue called?

Stop the cream.: First of all, betaderm (which contains betamethasone) is a strong steroid cream that should not be used on the face. Stop using it. Your pimply rash could be due to the cream itself. If it was there before you started applying betaderm, the most common causes are adult acne and rosacea, both easily treatable by a dermatologist, once he or she makes a precise diagnosis.
