Hard to assess: Without looking at skin issues it is hard to assess the origin of any problem. This public site does not allow us to se uploaded pictures. I would bring it up at the kids next well check.

I had my 16 weeks ultrasound yesterday. Today I noticed the ultrasound looked like the baby was blowing a huge bubble attached to its mouth (probably as big as the babies head). The only ultrasound I found that looked like it showed a teratoma?
