NOT USUALLY: Redness in the face, with pallor around the mouth, is normal for some people after exercise. This is the result of increased blood flow to the face in an attempt by the body to cool itself. Usually the body cools itself through sweating, but not everyone has the same number of sweat glands. So, increased flushing may compensate for such reduction. Fyi, it may be exacerbated in rosacea + menopause.
