Depends but practice: Like any other problem we most first identify it, in this case which type of memory problems you are having. There are many type controlled by different parts of your Brain. From short or long term memory problems to memory for facts or for procedures. Then figure out the cause, you may need a physician, and correct the problem, which could be Vit B deficiency. Anyway start practicing!

There's no telling: Trying to figure out what's causing one to have acne is futile. Ignore all "pop" ideas and start using topical benzoyl peroxide 1-2x daily, perhaps 5%. It's not pleasant but it's your best friend. If it doesn't clear you, your physician can add prescription strength Rx. My acne remitted when I was 50; yours will too, someday. Until then, manage it like the serious medical problem that it is.

Period pain: Heavy painful periods can be controlled by birth control. Other alternatives are oil of primrose twice daily, natural Progesterone if not on any hormones, using Motrin 800mg 2x/day one week before the period to decrease pain and bleeding; eating less animal fat including dairy since animal fat may affect your hormone balance. See your doctor if this doesnot work for further work up.

Often Money&Placebo: Apologize for the negativity, but b vitamin is not 1 but a group of vitamins,  b1, b2, b3, b5, b6, b7, B9 & B12 (others turned to be variations of this list). Like all vitamins, they are widely available in most foods; why we have not maintained typically just 1 gene needed for a single protein enzyme to make them out of whatever we eat.

Maybe something else: Why are you taking b vitamins? What else is in the supplement? It it a USP certified product so you know exactly what is in the product. Are you taking too much. If you need vitamin bs, get them from whole foods. Stop supplementing.
