Often Money&Placebo: Apologize for the negativity, but b vitamin is not 1 but a group of vitamins, b1, b2, b3, b5, b6, b7, B9 & B12 (others turned to be variations of this list). Look up b vitamins on http://en.Wikipedia.Org for overview. Like all vitamins, they are widely available in most foods; why we have not maintained typically just 1 gene needed for a single protein enzyme to make them out of whatever we eat.
