Left lung and heart: The heart is on the left side and the left lung sort of wraps around it. The lungs are located in both the front and back of the chest cavity. If you "google" lungs you can see images of how they sit in the chest cavity.

Maybe: Pectus excavatum is more common in folks with marfan-like illness, who in turn are more likely to have "barlow" degenerative mitral valve disease which in turn predisposes a person to supraventricular tachycardia. Your physician may give you an rx, but ask also about getting into really good aerobic shape to manage the svt -- generally this works great and may keep you off meds.

No: The blood supply to the heart comes from the coronary arteries, which are not affected at all by a hiatal hernia. Same for the heart muscle itself.

Maybe anxiety: If you told your doctor and your EKG was fine and your lungs were fine consider anxiety.  It is a very common symptom of anxiety.  Remember to drink lots of water for your UTI and if you did not discuss this with your doctor call back for a recheck.  Feel better soon.

It is...: It is, for anyone in her 60's, time to see the doctor, or the ER if chest tightness is more than slight. If slight, a call to one's doctor may be the first step. Chest tightness isn't normal. The ER is always a good option at this age. Possible reasons for symptoms include lung or heart disease, fluid or irritation of linings of lungs or heart, acid reflux, asthma, anxiety, costochondritis, etc...
