In vagina or leaks: Not much different to before hysterectomy, except cervix is missing ; thus no sperm go further than upper end of vagina. Sperm/semen then leaks or is washed out.

Needs Evaluation: It's uncommon to have bleeding and pain so far down the line. Check if you have any other symtoms like fever, urinary incontinence, change  in bowel habits, vaginal bleeding even when not having sex, any change in vaginal discharge or any signs of menopause. I would also suggest refraining from sexual activity until you see your Gynaecologist. A Pelvic Ultrasound might help in the diagnosis.

Likely : Likely nothing is wrong, however you need to let your doctor know what happened. He/she may want to examine you and check for possible infection or other post op complications. If you have a fever, continued bleeding, or pain seek medical care immediately.

: A "white discharge" usually represents a "yeast infection" (fungal), and is not always symptomatic. At "32" is not unusual for diminished lubrication during sex.  See your GYN physician for an exam and additional testing.

Probably not: You need to see your surgeon for follow up exanination In partial hysterectomy  ( sub total  ) you still will have cervix , you need gynecological evaluation , it could be a  surgical stitch irritating you , by simple removal of it will give you relief

Consider pain source: You need to see a GYN MD first to determine why the pain, cramping and painful sex are occurring. Endometriosis is notorious for causing these types of symptoms and can be identified by Laparoscopy. Hysterectomy should only be considered when all your options are on the table.

Shouldn't be: If incontinence wasn't an immediate problem following your TVH it's hard to make a connection to your surgery, especially since it's a good time to address any prolapse or incontinence with the initial surgery. You most likely have developed pelvic organ prolapse and this may lead to your above symptoms. You should schedule an appt with your gyn for exam, bladder testing, & options. Take care.

It depends.: It's important for the surgeon to look to make sure the sutures are still intact. Did they take your ovaries too? If so you may have vaginal dryness and pain.  if appropriate this can be treated with vaginal estrogen cream. If just your uterus is now gone your ovaries should still be working and you should not be experiencing dryness and bleeding.  Please see your surgeon

No bleeding: No bleeding during vaginal intercourse is considered normal. If that is a persistent problem, you need to see your gyn md for an examination to determine where it is coming from.

: They die in the cervix and vagina because the connection between the vagina and fallopian tubes, i.e. the uterus is resected, only the cervical section of the uterus remains in partial or subtotal hysterectomy.
