Try : Try bleach bath-1/2 cup in full tub of water. Soak 10 minutes.  Do this 2 to 3 times a week. Use hibiclens soap daily.

Chlorehexidine: usually I send my patients to Infectious disease clinic to get tested and make sure they have no immunodeficiency causing the recurrence plus they poet there a script for chlorhexidine topical to clean all the skin area once a week or so which could help to reduce the recurrence

Source  Control: If extensive, you may need to take an antibiotic by mouth to address your infection. I would also think carefully about what your head is touching-  You may just be reinfecting your scalp. Are you using the same hat or pillow or comb or towel without washing or disinfecting these objects prior to their use? Are you leaving scratch marks on your scalp? Did you recently changed your shampoo? Dyeing?

Long-term antibiotic: Hidradenitis supprativa is a recurrent condition resulting from inflammation following the clogging of apocrine gland. Some patients require long-term antibiotic treatment.  I would recommend to see a dermatologist.

Lice trouble: Lice infestation is trouble some and chances of recurrence are high upon exposure. Problem is not the live lice but the nits. You have to get rid of both. Newly marketed couple of products promise to get rid of nits as well. See if you doctor can prescribe that. You can do repeated hair treatment with the shampoo. No substitute for hygiene.Yes Ovide is a good one.

Depends on cause: 'pinched nerve' is a generic term.A nerve could truly be pinched by arthritis, herniated disc, vertebrae, etc.The term can also mean any pain, often sharp or aching, due to recurrent muscle spasm or malfunctioning vertebrae. A better diagnosis is needed to know how to help.See an osteopathic dr who can do all necessary tests, incl hands-on exam to find the cause & help permanently get rid of  it.

Creams vs procedure: You can use mederma to treat the scarring it may improve it.  Microneedling can work, chemical peels can improve, laser treatment.  Prevention is to not stretch skin.  Weight gain will cause skin to stretch.

Warts: Where are the warts located and are you sure they are warts.  You will need to see a gynecologist to get the warts removed if they are sexually transmitted warts.
