i have chronic sinusitis and post nasal drip, also pharyngitis. i've noticed some yellow blisters lumps in the back of throat? help

Possible cobblestone: The term cobblestoning is used to describe streaks of lymphoid tissue (the cells that fight bacteria) on the posterior pharynx (throat) which is usually seen with allergic rhinitis (chronic runny nose).  If present this is a normal response to chronic inflammation.

fizzling sound in the back of my neck. it doesn't hurt.have been dealing with sinusitis and otitis lately which gave me tinnitus.this sounds different?

Fizzling in neck: Could be mastoiditis ( the bone behind the ear),  or from lymph nodes,rarely vascular  but would check it out with doc/ urgent care.

Enlarged lymphnodes: This a a presentation of a viral infection ,such as infectious mononucleosis. German measles virus or so called Rubeola may present the same way mainly in children.lab tests would be needed

See doctor: Most common causes of swollen lymph nodes is infection In region of lymph nodes and cancer. If you have persistent enlarged lymph nodes, see a doctor.

headache for 3 months after airplane ride. diagnosed with sinusitis , recovered and no headache for a month. had a cold,lingering cough for month, now extra clear mucus in throat and cough it up. headache again, ent signpost sinusitis. rx or wait?

: If you were diagnosed with sinusitis then you must see an ENT MD who will probably do X-rays and other appropriate tests and treat you accordingly

It could be COVID 19: COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.

i have nasal drainage that is clear into my throat and very mild cough with no fever. could this be allergies or sinusitis?

Clear drainage: Clear nasal drainage and post nasal drip may be associated with allergic rhinitis. The post nasal drip may produce a cough. If you have a fever, muscle aches and other flu like symptoms, infection is more likely. Take an over the counter anti histamine, and if there is no improvement, consider other causes and a virtual consultation. 
Rinse nasal passages with saline, avoid smoke, dust and mold.

Infrequent nasal inf: The pattern does not appear consistent with chronic sinusitis. It does seem that your allergies may be relevant. Perhaps your nasal passages remain thickened because of allergies and your sinus drainage passages may also remain narrower that usual due to thick mucosal lining. ENT evaluation can be definitive, but does not seem compelling.

Yes, you can: Allergies can also cause inflammation of your sinuses. Your symptoms can indicate so many different issues, including bruxism. If your symptoms last more than two weeks, see both your dentist and physician.

Antihistamines: The most common reason for having a throat tickle is allergy. You may or may not have runny/itchy eyes & nose with sneezing; but it is worth a try. Daily, non-sedating claritin, (loratadine) zyrtec, or Allegra should do the trick. This may be a seasonal thing, or may be year round. If it is more of a constant thing, then switch your daily antihistamine every 2-3 months to maintain the effect.
