Depends: I assume you are diagnosed with ADHD, and your need for medication depends on what you are doing (school, work, child care) and when you need to be at your best. For most patients you have to be most focused from 9 to 5, taking your first dose at 8AM and wnd dose at 1 or 2 PM would be what I would recommend. There are also sustained release versions you can take once a day. Talk to doc/pharmacist.

There are some medications that need to be taken in the morning, others at night, and even some that can be taken at any point throughout the day. There are many factors that go into determining the best time such as how the drug is absorbed into the body as well as certain side effects.

Depends: All can be taken with our without food. Take with food if causes upset stomach.  Hydrochlorothiazide should be taken in am, because u don't want to be up urinating all night. Amlodipine and Irbesartan could be taken at either time, but should be taken at around the same time each day, whichever you choose. Probably best to take one med at night, so everything is not hitting you all at once.

12 hours apart: Ideally, you would take the 2 doses 12 hours apart, e.g. 8 am and 8 pm, 9 am and 9 pm, etc.  In most cases, you should be able to adjust the times around your sleep time and activities to fit your daily lifestyle.

Oral,yes: Ringworm are usually treated with topical antifungal medicine like cream, sprays and gels. There are different types of topical antifungal you can choose from.  If they are not working you can use oral medicine like griseofulvin. Discuss it with your doctor.
