in my throat, near my collarbone, it feels like theres something there, but there isnt. whenever i breathe out or talk it feels as if it is vibrating, its been happening for about 2 hours or so. i don't know whats going on, can somebody tell me?

chest pain with a cold? worried my cold is progressing into something worse, i have pain in my chest when i breathe out too deeply and in my sides when i sit. my throat also looks very inflamed. i'm not running a fever and have no knowncardiac issues

Doctor can evaluate: A teen with aches in the chest or rib cage can see his doctor to be evaluated. Pains can come from:  pneumonia, ribs and their joints, pneumothorax, heart problem (serious), neck and shoulder muscles, etc... If one feels his pain is coming from the heart, has a chest tightness, some difficulty breathing, he can consider going to the ER by ambulance. Doctor can check for strep throat infection too.

Congestion: There are numerous possible causes... Allergies, infections, reflux, sinus infections or other more serious issues.
Check with your pcp or ENT doctor.

my jugular vein is very distended when i breathe out or lie down. it's been 2 weeks. ct scan showed no blockage. can this be because of muscle strain in the neck? should i be worried about something else?

Vein distension: If your jugular vein is not distended when you're sitting upright, there is no significant abnormality. Neck muscle strain is not related. A cardiologist can reassure you further if you still have concerns.

Something in throat: It is unlikely that you have something stuck in your throat that is causing you difficulty breathing. The most common cause of this sensation is known as globus hystericus and is related to anxiety. Is there anything going on in your life over last 6 mos that may be causing you stress/fear? If it persists, though you want to make sure your thyroid is normal size and consider seeing an ENT doctor.
