how long after having a hysterectomy can i see a chiropractor?

2-4 weeks: You should confirm with your own surgeon as there may be specific restrictions in individual cases but in general 2-4 weeks shoul dbe enough recovery time in most cases.

no kids w/partial hysterectomy. i see tissue at opening.not bulging but always there inside opening.is this a prolapse or just normal tissue?

Endometriosis pain: With pain from endometriosis, removing the ovaries or shutting them down temporarily with leuprolide injections are the two most common options. A condition called interstitial cystitis is also associated with endometriosis and you should be evaluated for that as well. Often that is an associated cause for the pain

Need evaluation: Any unexplained vaginal bleeding after hysterectomy (I assume not post-op ) needs evaluation from MD. Even if there is no pain and light spotting you need to have precancerous conditions and cancer ruled out. A pelvic exam and  pap smear  can reveal abnormal cells. Labs can reveal hormone imbalance.If it is simple vaginal dryness your gyn can prescribe treatments like estrogen creams or lubricants

Maybe: For pelvic exams: depends on why you had the hysterectomy, did you keep your cervix or have it removed. You may still need paps.
Other reasons: do you need hormone replacement? You need someone to watch your bone health, and need breast exam/ mammograms on a regular basis.

Not noraml: Get re-examined by the GYN MD surgeon as there may have been a piece of cervix remaining that still contains active endometrium causing the cyclic bleeding.

Yes: A pelvic (bimanual) exam can elicit problems such as cysts or cancer with the remaining ovary as a first line of defense for the overall betterment of your gyn health. Moreover, a breast exam can also be done as you are approaching the age of 40 for required yearly mammography.
