2-4 weeks: You should confirm with your own surgeon as there may be specific restrictions in individual cases but in general 2-4 weeks shoul dbe enough recovery time in most cases.

Get evaluated: If you are seeing a chiropractor regularly, you may have a problem which does not respond to massage which is all they can offer. You should have your family doctor evaluate your needs and determine if there is better treatment than any chiropractor can offer.
