Not likely: The bleeding is more likely associated with the bleeding.  Ruptured cyst pain tends to be more one sided and not necessarily associated with bleeding.  It sounds like you need a gyn visit and evaluation of the prolonged amenorrhea, your current bleeding and the pain.

Ovaries: Hard to be sure without knowing your age and why you have not had a period for over a year. You need to see your gynecologist as soon as possible.

Not ovarian cyst: Is there any chance that you could be pregnant?  This could be a miscarriage, or more concerning would be an ectopic pregnancy. Are you having pain and cramping? Or just bleeding? If you're also having pain and there's any chance you can be pregnant you should go to the emergency room immediately

Vaginal bleeding: this could represent peri menopausal bleeding. Other causes include fibroids or functional ovarian cysts. If this is is irregular could be caused by vaginitis, cervicitis etc. based on your age however, this is more likely due to the changing patterns of your reproductive hormonal status which is normal. In other to be certain, I recommend a pelvic ultrasound and a GYN exam. Hope this helps

Wait!: Why would you want to have sex with a medical issue not resolved, still with bleeding, and having pain. Where are your priorities. Put yourself first and wait until you are better!

Cyst: Ask your friend to find a doctor who will remove what might be a sebaceous cyst.  The sack of the cyst needs to be removed or it can continue re-filling.  a dermatologist is a good doctor to consult for this.  Peace and good health.

boil/cyst (unsure which) on buttock/leg crease burst and is bleeding. but i'm unable to apply gauze/plaster (as most sites suggest), though i clean it when possible and apply antiseptic cream. should i be worried?
