Just anecdotes: Anecdotes aren't science that you should bet your life on. I found two studies, both small ones in obscure journals. Since there's no placebo controls (you know whether you're drinking wheatgrass), it's no wonder that there were "positive results". Everything from nature nas nutrients. But do you really think the juice from grass clippings is going to cure disease?

Wheatgass: Is made from cotyledons of wheat (or Triticum aestivum). The sprouts are gluten free. It contains vitamins A,C,E &amp; K, potassium, niacin, thiamin, riboflavin, iron, zinc, copper, manganese &amp; selenium. It is a good source of fiber.

There are "claims" about the "health benefits" of wheatgrass ranging from providing supplemental nutrition to having unique curative properties. Haven't seen any scientific studies on humans to prove the claims, but it should be nutritious if eaten as a vegetable part of a balanced diet.

Manuka honey may be useful in treating MRSA infections.  It may reduce odours, swelling, and scarring in wounds.  Pure raw honey contains many minerals and vitamins.
