Doctor visit: Go in and see your Doc tomorrow( before the weekend).Call and tell receptionist that you are having Chest Pain the past 24 hrs and they will get you in. If not,go to ER. Must check Cardiovascular system.

Muscle twitch: You are probably having twitches of your chest wall muscles.  Generally not a cause for concern but talk to your doctor about it.

Stop typing: I don't want to sound like an alarmist but these are not good symptoms.  I would leave your computer right now and see your internist or a cardiologist.  Even better you should go to the emergency room immediately.

when active/climbing a set of stairs (6-8 steps average) or walking around apartment my heart starts racing (100-109). i get small ache/pressure in left chest heart area. reason??? no blood clots on thinners in regular range. blood pressure normal?

: I have difficulty understanding the last part of your question. If you have chest pain consistently with activity, especially with associated risk factors( raised lipids, family history) you need evaluation by a cardiologist. Your heart rate with activity may in part be due to anxiety. Very important to discuss with your doctor.

Further evaluation: Depending on your age and risk factors you may benefit from a stress test and echo   you should also have your BP checked lying, siting and standing to see if any drop.  A 24 hour or even 2 to 4 week heart monitor helps based upon how frequently your are having palpitations and foggy sensation.  With your symptoms a normal ekg is not enough to say everything is okay.

Sob: Could be panic attacks. Would check with a lung doctor and an endocrine doc to make sure you dont have thyroid or adrenal issues.

Broken heart: I don't think anyone can tell you exactly why some people feel it in that location but maybe that's where the saying comes from of a "broken heart". Sadness can be felt in many areas and i think that's an area we hold to be close to our soul. I hope to get over your sadness. Best wishes.

Yes its normal: As a result of your hard work from being an athlete, you have developed a strong heart. As long as you are able to participate in sports, and do the things you want to do, there is nothing to worry about.

Hard to say: Chest pain in your age group can be anxiety/stress related, or sometimes heart, lung, intestinal related.  A more complete history and exam would be suggested by your doctor especially if your symptoms are severe. Good luck.
