This will give you a good idea whether you have fibromyalgia.

Some: Some drugs can help with chronic pain, like Neurontin and lyrica, (pregabalin) while snris, like ssris, venlafaxine or Cymbalta can help with pain and and mood. Yoga and exercise as tolerated can be very helpful as well. Unfortunately very little is known about the causative mechanisms of fibromyalgia.

The doses for pain however are probably not high enough. Like all other opioids it has risk, potential for abuse, dependency.
