when i bend my arms for awhile i feel a slight pain like right under the back of my elbow down to my wrist like running along the side of my forearm. is this a nerve problem? no numb, warm or tingling feeling. but sometimes i have a burning feeling?

Bumps on elbow: Is it the bone / olecranon that we feel  as the skin is rather thin. The ulnar nerve runs near the bone (press on the left) is  superficial there and as you hit your elbow you irritate the nerve so get numbness  tingling in the arm .Iif you were older I would think of gout and tophi . A bursitis inflammation of the sac around the elbow would be red inflammed and hurt without hitting it.  F/u w/doc

Paresthesia: This is likely a subcutaneous  nerve that is "firing" which is causing this sensation. This is not unusual at all and will likely go away on its own. Some medications can have this side effect, but this is not dangerous.

Physical exam rec'd : The two points you describe ("burning", and essentially a radiating pattern) would definitely put the concept of a possible nerve irritation in my differential. I would definitely see a physician about it if it persists or other new changes develop. A physical exam involving sensory, muscle, and reflex testing is warranted.

Radiculopathy.: My first thought would be cervical radiculopathy - a disc herniation or stenosis in the spine in the neck, compressing the nerves that travel down to your arms.  My second thought would be carpal or ulnar tunnel syndrome.  But probably coming from the neck.

Poss tendon strain: It sounds like you may have strained the flexor muscles or elbow ligaments. As long as its minor pain give it a few day and use cold packs over the area. If it gets worse or doesn't start to get better after 5-7 days you may want to see a doctor.

Usually the affected area becomes red and painful or can be dry thickened skin
the watch can also produce irritation from friction or infection
the best plan of action is to take the watch off to see if the reaction improve.
seek medical attention if not improving
