Bumps on elbow: Is it the bone / olecranon that we feel as the skin is rather thin. The ulnar nerve runs near the bone (press on the left) is superficial there and as you hit your elbow you irritate the nerve so get numbness tingling in the arm .Iif you were older I would think of gout and tophi . A bursitis inflammation of the sac around the elbow would be red inflammed and hurt without hitting it. F/u w/doc

Bumps: uploading a picture and consulting with a doctor can help us diagnose that. I am concerned you may have a skin infection and want to see the rash on your elbow.
