Pain s/p c section: 13 weeks after c section you should be pain free and back to normal. May be adhesions or a fluid collection or even abscess/ infection/retained product-endometriitis ( usually have fever). Consider an untrasound or CT to check for infection. Adhesion which no one can predict , are usually only seen at surgery because you actually have to look. Call you doctor or go to an ER

Many things possible: If a teen guy has uncomfortable right tummy pain and is normally in good health, some possibilities include:  sports trauma, appendicitis (usually has fever), liver problems, gall stones, kidney problems, excessive constipation, stomach flu, bowel inflammation, intestinal infection, nerve irritation, spine issue, rare tumor, etc...  Doctor can follow up and recheck as needed.

Left sided abd. pain: Causes of recurrent abdominal discomfort as described may be identified by first addressing signs/symptoms so as to localize the organ involved: vaginal discharge or bleeding, alteration in periods, pregnancy risk? Fever, nausea, vomiting, altered stool pattern, blood with stool, tenderness, distension? Painful urination, blood in urine? Recent trauma, herniations? Age? Gender? Other risk factors?

Sharp left sided abd: May be gastritis with or without  H pylori- Anatacid may help  pain but if H pylori need antibiotics.  Avoid motrin like products ,caffeine, spicy foods; or may be constipation -drink fluids eat fiber in avocados, sweet potatoes ,greens,  as  the splenic flexure of the colon is there. Rarely may be kidney stone , or a lung  clots ( worse with breathing )or even just  a vaginitis.  .F/u/ w/ doc

The causative agent is not sensitive to the antibiotic; it is being used in the wrong dose, route of administration, or frequency; you have something besides uti; you have major severe complications of uti, and other possibilities. Suggest you return to doctor and be reassessed.

Hello. : Hello. I don't know what your pain represents.  I will list some of the symptoms of a mycocardial infarction (heart attack).  Chest pain, tightness, squeezing or fullness is the most common presentation.  However the pain can also present in the upper back, the upper middle abdomen, jaw, head, teeth or in the arms (left more than right).  One could have nausea, vomiting or it could feel like indigestion or heartburn.  Feeling short of breath, sweating and just feeling out of sorts can also occur. About a fourth of people have no significant symptoms during a heart attack.
  You asked specifically about symptoms in women. The following statistics are from a national institute of health study .  43% of women had no chest pain. 58% were short of breath; 55% had marked weakness; 43% experienced fatigue,  with cold sweats in 39% & dizziness in 39%.
According to the study preceding their heart attacks women experienced the following symptoms:  unusual fatigue - 70%; sleep disturbance - 48%; shortness of breath - 42%; indigestion - 39% and  anxiety - 35%.
  Whenever int doubt it is best to take the cautious road. Jaw pain in a woman with diabetes and high blood pressure is of concern.

: GERD - GastroEsophageal Reflux Disease (stomach reflux) is the most common cause of epigastric or substernal pain in supine position and it could radiate to the back. Besides GERD, pancreatic disease also causes epigastric pain (stomach pain as you said it) with back radiation.
If you feels sour liquid in your throat sometimes when you lay down flat, especially after a meal, you likely have GERD.
