Pain s/p c section: 13 weeks after c section you should be pain free and back to normal. May be adhesions or a fluid collection or even abscess/ infection/retained product-endometriitis ( usually have fever). Consider an untrasound or CT to check for infection. Adhesion which no one can predict , are usually only seen at surgery because you actually have to look. Call you doctor or go to an ER
