Apple stem: Apple stem will just passthrough.  It's like any other fibrous vegetable matter.  Numbness, however, is of concern, and may be neurologic in origin.  You should have numbness evaluated immediately by your Physician, Urgent Care, or ER.

im havin issues breathing. its my asthma. im wheezing& it seems like im missing my breaths. i tried talking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar& stem. didnt last long what are some remedies i can try to help with it? i cant afford a drs visit?

Asthma: It is unfortunate that your finances are difficult. There are clinics in the US set up in every state to take care of people without insurance. I have worked in a few of these clinics and some patients have paid as little as $15 for a visit. With that being said you cannot afford the risk of not breathing well.  See a doctor.

are green apples low in acid and good to eat if you got lpr?

Apples seem to be: a relatively low acid fruit and should be fine to eat if you have reflux.  Higher acid fruits include fruits from the citrus family: oranges, lemons, grapefruit. Also cranberries. Fruits, like apples and bananas, which are high in fiber are also typically well-tolerated in those with reflux. Stay well:)

hi, may i know about apple cider vinegar. some claims it's good, while some not. if it's good, what's the correct way to consume/apply it?

Not scientific: Most, if not all of the claims about apple cider vinegar are not supported by science. It doesn't cure rheumatism or asthma. Add some protein: Breakfast is an important time to get your body's 'furnace' stoked with the proper fuel, so even though two apples will fill you up, having a more balanced breakfast with fiber, protein, and less saturated fats as well as carbs will make you feel awesome until the next mark, lunch. i have noticed that i can always see a pulse in my neck, both sides just the other side of my adams apple area. i do suffer with anxiety and i am taking medication for hypertension. otherwise i eat well and stay active. should i be worried?

A full history and physical exam is indicated, listening to your heart tones and taking an EKG to look at cardiac conduction parameters in addition to Zio patch testing if history 1st dg relative sudden cardiac death or if they last several minutes or cause BP to drop. whenever i chew gummi candy, eat starburst, or eat apples, my jaw will lock and it becomes very painful. why?

Muscle spasm, joint: You probably have something wrong with your temporomandibular joint like a dislocated disk or a problem with your muscles that attach to your jaw.  You need to see a dentist familiar with joint/jaw problems or an oral & maxillofacial surgeon. In the mean time stop chewing things that make your jaw hurt especially like chewy and hard foods.

Personal issue: People respond to a variety of foods is ways determined by their own genetics. A few are unable to digest of fructose, the main sugar in fruits &amp; their gut germs will create gas while they feed on the material. This can also lead to loose stools/cramping. It may be something else, but your best plan forward is to know how foods effect you &amp; avoid those that create problems.

Eating disorder?: Does she think she's overweight? She may have an eating disorder that requires working with a doc & therapist. With such little food intake, she is losing lean muscle mass as well as fat. Does she complain of stomach pain when she eats? She might have an ulcer or other condition that needs to be evaluated. Encourage her to see a doc asap.
