Antihistamine : Usually otc antihistamines will be helpful for sneezing, itchy/ watery eyes, runny nose, and itchy throat.  Try one of the non-sedating ones and see if it helps.

Sore throat: Difficult to know what is going on without further history and physical exam. It sounds superficially as if you may have a mild viral infection. If it persists consider going to see your family doctor and being evaluated. Hope this clears up soon.

Common cold :: Force fluids x 8-10 glasses/day of electrolyte rich fluids (Powerade, Gatorade, Vitamin Water, G) and 4-6 bowls/day of broth spray, followed by nasal saline spray, warm water gargles or neti pot. Carefully monitor temperature every 4-6 hrs, bullion, consume or soup. Hot steam showers 3-4 times/day. Nasal saline, Tylenol as needed, Robitussin DM or Mucinex DM as needed. Zinc lozenges like Cold-Eze

See a dr.: Hard to say what might be causing your symptoms- allergies in air, detergent used on your pillow cases or sheets, etc.  You may need to have an allergy test or it could be something else that needs to be determined by a visit to the dr.

Chronic cough: Chronic cough and scratchy throat with scant phlegm may be related to an allergic reaction. Avoid dust, mold, smoke, pet dander and cover mattress and pillow with a dust cover. 
If the cough is acute, it is most likely a viral infection and will improve within two weeks. Soothing lozenges and a cough syrup at night may relieve symptoms.
