It's unlikely that: ...you're still contagious.  The cold sore might have caused temporary loss of skin pigment but that's a residual effect, not a sign that the virus is still active. Probably safe: Once open sores are gone, infectiousness is markedly reduced; continued discoloration makes no difference. Herpes is sometimes transmitted in absence of visible sores, but quite rare with genital HSV1 (unlike HSV2). Your partner can have a blood test to see if s/he already has HSV1, as do half of all adults in the US. If so, s/he is immune to new HSV1 and will never catch it from you.

They might be: Would need to see and examine you, but a rash on the palms and soles is typical of secondary syphilis.  If that is what you have these lesions may be potentially communicable.  See a doctor and let them see this and diagnose it appropriately.

Hand Foot and Mouth: Hand, foot, and mouth disease is usually not serious. The illness is typically mild, and nearly all patients recover in 7 to 10 days without medical treatment. Complications are uncommon except for dehydration. Hand foot and mouth is contagious roughly for a few days before the symptoms appear untill they start to feel better and the spots and ulcers have healed over, so usually about 7 to 10 days.
