Yes: The most important thing is how many calories you eat, not how often you eat.  However, there is a tendency to snack and eat excessively when meals are skipped.  You will typically be more successful having planned small meals and snacks that are low in calories, high in fiber, rather than skipping meals.

Calorie balance: You did not mention your height or weight.  I will assume you are truly overweight.  Your weight will always be a balance of how many calories you are eating vs how many you are burning up.  If your weight is stable, it means that you are taking in the same number of calories that you are burning up.  To lose weight you need to take in less or burn up more (or a combination of both).

You're perfect!: Your body mass index is 22.9. Normal is 19-25. You're right in the middle. It doesn't get better than that!!  Now, your mission, should you choose to accept it: stay 153 for the next 40 years (that's easier said than done!). But keep doing what you're doing (good diet and exercise). Left weights: That sound like a good game plan. I think just being patient may do the trick. However, if you hit a roadblock and want to add something, you can try lifting weights. If you can put on some muscle it will help you burn fat. I think lifting weights is very undervalued for weight loss, and may be more important than cardio. Personally, i like lifting with 45 second breaks between sets. It does both*.

Oats : Oats are healthy although contain quite a bit of carbohydrate. I never recommend that diabetic patients or those trying to lose weight stop eating oats but only in small quantities 3/4 cup /day.
