After checkup: First go back to your MD for a reexamination to be certain that all the previous tissue has passed and your body is ready for another pregnancy. Most MD's advise waiting 3 months before another conception to give your body a chance to replenish the lost iron and other nutrients.

Depends on you: I don't know that there is a set time for lunch or dinner and everyone eats at a different pace and at different times. It also could depend on when you eat breakfast in the morning. Just try to space out your breakfast, lunch, and dinner enough apart so that you are not feeling markedly hungry in between. Do what's best for your body instead of trying to follow a template of what others tell you. Best of luck to you.

ARMPITS BROKEN OUT: Do your armpits itch? Is there a rash? Are they lumps or boils? If they just itch, it may be due to the soap you are using. Change to dove or cetaphil; change you antiperspirant/deodorant; wash your blouses ANS sweaters and shirts in all free & clear (don't know if you are female or male) if it persists, see a dermatologist.

Brain Processing: Our dreams are essentially our brain's way of processing information it has collected over the short term.  We have dreams during a certain phase of sleep called rapid eye movement; we have about 4 REM cycles per night (if you have a normal 7-8 hour sleep period).  It is important that we dream, as this is partly what helps us awaken feeling rested and refreshed.  People who sleep, but don't dream enough, will not feel like they are getting enough rest.

More often visible in brown colored irises due to darker background. If you are younger than 40 and are noticing arcus, an examination by an Eye MD to verify &amp; check lipid profile important.

TMD: You are describing something called temporomandibular dysfunction.  Your tmj, or the jaw joint is not working in an ideal way.  Many people have noisy joints, and these don't always need treatment. But if your jaw is locking open or closed, this should be investigated.  See your dentist as a place to start. He/she may take some x-rays and make you a mouth appliance.  Physical therapy can help too.
